Please use this "registration form" to submit your Poster Presentation Abstracts for the upcoming AAHB Annual Meeting, Transforming the Narrative to Meet Emerging Health Behavior Challenges, March 8-11, 2020 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley, Napa, California.

Poster Presentation Abstracts must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on December 16, 2019 to be considered. Researchers will be notified about the status of their abstract(s) by January 17, 2020.

To review an example of a poster research presentation abstract, click here. Abstracts are limited to 300 words (not including the title and author names). Please be sure to check the word count before submitting - only the first 300 words will be considered for review.

This form should be submitted by the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for communicating all information about the submission to co-authors (if any). Make sure the email address listed is correct so that correspondence from the AAHB regarding your abstract submission reaches you in a timely manner.

You may submit no more than 3 abstracts as the first author. If you submit more than 3 abstracts as the first author, you will be asked to select abstracts for withdrawal.  There are no limits on co-authorship.  If your abstract is accepted, it is expected that you and/or a co-author will register for the meeting and be present for your session. 

If accepted, you or a co-author is expected to register for the conference and attend the session. Costs include but may not be limited to: Conference Registration, Transportation, & Lodging.


No Show Policy: Cancellations for accepted abstract presentations must be due to professional and/or personal/family emergencies and must be communicated directly to the AAHB Research Review Chair. Cancellations must be made prior to the first day of the Annual Meeting. Those in violation of this policy will be subject to a one-year probation period during which they may not present at an AAHB annual meeting.
