Rate

AAHB has negotiated a group rate of $229/night (Sunday-Wednesday) + local taxes (currently 13%) plus a State Hotel Occupancy Fee of $5 per room per night and a City Fee of $1 per room per night will apply to each room.  Hotel has a historic preservation fee of 1.52% per room, per night.  Taxes and fees as required by the state/city of Savannah are subject to change. Rates are quoted based on single/double occupancy an additional fee of $10.00 for each additional adult over two adults per room. The destination fee of $25 + tax is waived.

Please book early to secure a room in the block. Once the block is filled we cannot guarantee a room at the group rate. 

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

The group rate is reserved exclusively for meeting attendees. Bookings made through the group rate will be verified against meeting registration rosters. Bookings are subject to be canceled if the guest listed is not registered for the meeting.

For online reservations, the Sales office can provide you with an online booking code once the contract has been returned. All online reservations can be made through our web site at thedesotosavannah.com. Early Departure/No-Show Fee

In the event a guest who has requested a room within the block checks out prior to reserved departure date, the Hotel will add an early departure fee of one-night room and tax to that guest’s individual account.

Guests cancellation of reservation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or failing to show on day of arrival will result in a charge that is equal to the first night’s stay to your credit card for each room reserved. Failing to call or show before 2:00 am after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of their reservation.

Valet Parking: $38

Parking rates are subject to change. Parking rates in effect at the time of your event will apply.

Hotel will offer a 25% discount off the 2024 Valet Parking rates for guests.
