This form should be submitted by the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for communicating all information about the submission to co-authors (if any). Make sure the email address listed is correct so that correspondence from the AAHB regarding your abstract submission reaches you in a timely manner.

You may submit no more than 3 abstracts as first author. If you submit more than 3 abstracts as first author, you will be asked to select abstracts for withdrawal.  There are no limits on co-authorship.

If accepted, you or a co-author is expected to register for the scientific meeting.   Early bird registration fees will be discounted this year!  Registration fees and hotel room rate information can be found here: 2022 Conference Overview

A Note about the Ongoing and Unstable COVID Situation: We recognize the COVID-19 pandemic is ever-changing and brings with it challenges relative to planning for travel and conference presentation. AAHB’s planning committee is closely and continually monitoring the situation, and will update members, participants, and abstract submitters on any changes to the conference and/or its delivery. As such, we encourage you to submit your abstract proposals despite any feelings of uncertainty regarding attendance at an in-person conference.

All conference participants are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.  Covid 19 Vaccination Status Required

No Show Policy: Cancellations for accepted abstract presentations must be communicated directly to the AAHB Research Review Chair. Cancellations must be made prior to the first day of the Meeting.

We look forward to receiving your submission and your attendance at the meeting. Please direct questions about abstract submissions to Meg Patterson (megpatterson@tamu.edu), 2022 Research Review Chair.
