The AAHB 2027 Scientific Annual Meeting will be held April 4-7, 2027 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown in Nashville, Tennessee.

Meetings are attended by many subject matter experts in the field of health behavior research and is an excellent opportunity to both highlight your program and assist the Academy. To create the best print and electronic recognition, please email the following to: Katie M. Heinrich. If files are too large to send via e-mail please send via a shared folder.

1. Institution's web and print ready logo (large size for clear print)
2. Include the exact wording for any additional text clarifying affiliation/institutional sponsor that you may want printed below the logo.
3. Include advertisement (no bleed) if included in sponsor level

What is the best format for web and print?

• Use Encapsulated PostScript or EPS, which is a DSC-conforming PostScript document, OR
• Windows Metafile (WMF) is also a graphics file format on Microsoft Windows for best printed results. (Large .jpg files may work for web and print materials.)
• Send the highest quality possible image for print to avoid pixilation.
